Man I love this guy! IMO he's my generations Dylan, a more modern day storyteller, relentlessly changing his sound with each release.
This is a one-off obscure single from Beck's hugely popular "Odelay". Besides the original version of "New Pollution" it's got interesting remixes by Mickey P, and Mario C of Beastie Boys fame. The song "Lemonade" is my favorite; a fitting lost track to the Odelay album. On top of all that, Beck somehow got Richard D. James to drop a remix on it as well, with that signature Aphex Twin glorious weirdness sound to it as you would expect.
Highly recommended to Beck AND Aphex Twin collectors!
