I'd say this is more like funky Blues then funky Jazz, but they all mingle together anyway so whatever. Regardless of how you genretize this, file under real music.
This LP is very classy, loaded with potential samples if you are into that kind of thing. Or just good for bumping on a lazy afternoon.
