Payments
Metrowax requires that full payment is received prior to any order being shipped. Below are the types of payments accepted:
Instant Web Payments
Want your records sent fast? Select one of these instant payment methods!
Credit cards: We accept Visa, Mastercard, and Discover cards through our secure server on Metrowax.com.
Paypal: Paypal payments are accepted directly on the Metrowax.com website. Our paypal ID is metrowax@gmail.com.
NEW! Google Checkout: Google Checkout payments are accepted directly on Metrowax.com.
Mailed Payments
Personal Check: Personal checks must be in US Dollars and draw from a bank in the United States. Checks are given up to two weeks to clear prior to shipping.
Money Order: Money orders must be in US Dollars. Only postal money orders in USD are accepted from international customers.
Cash: Cash payments are accepted in Euros and USD, paper bills only. If you are sending cash, it is recommended that registered mail is used. Metrowax will assume no liability if the cash payment never arrives.
Western Union: For this type of payment, select Check/Money Order at the time of the order. Once we receive the control number for your payment, we will recover it and ship.

When your payment is received, we will promptly package and ship your order. We ship most orders within 24-48 hours of receiving payment.
